The RWS Quality Manager takes overall responsibility for the company’s quality management. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee the company’s quality-related activities, including the development and implementation of new quality strategies and initiatives. Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for an IT Director to take overall responsibility for information technology functions within two divisions of RWS Holdings Plc, namely RWS Patent Translation & Filing and RWS Patent Information. Reporting directly to the Divisional Managing Directors, you will oversee each Division's technology operations, including the development and implementation of new IT systems and policies as well as the management of a team of IT Managers and technicians. Your role is to ensure IT systems are effective and functioning within the limits of a pre-agreed budget and the specifications of the Company.

You must also interact effectively with other Divisional Managing Directors to ensure full cooperation and company cohesion in global IT strategies.

In addition, you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure within the UK units of the RWS Language Solutions' division and the RWS Group Head Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals
  • Devise, establish and implement IT policies and systems to support the strategies and business objectives set by the Divisional Managing Directors
